Universe

2.5 million light-years from Earth lies the Andromeda Galaxy. Like the Milky Way, it is vast and boundless, dark and silent, dotted with stars, and constantly rotating. Within it, there is a region called "System Nine," a galaxy similar to our solar system, home to life. Within it is a cerulean planet named Planet R, orbited by three suns and six moons. Similar to Earth, it possesses land, oceans, forests, animals, and an atmosphere. However, unlike Earth, the amount of ocean and forests on this planet far outweighs the amount of land, resulting in a planet dominated by wasteland, deserts, volcanoes, and raging winds. Only 1% of the area contains forests and rivers. Furthermore, its gravity is four times that of Earth. It's hard to imagine life in such an environment, but it does exist, with tens of thousands of animal species. Among them is one highly advanced species: Bos, nicknamed "Predator." Bos possess only 70% of human intelligence, yet possess over ten times the strength of a human, a phenomenon related to their planet's gravity. Because only 1% of Planet R's forests and rivers remain, the diverse animals on Planet R devour each other and fight for them, creating a true law of the jungle. Bos, relying on their considerable intelligence, robust physique, and ferocious nature, have become the kings of Planet R. Their only enemy is the cold-blooded Run, nicknamed "Alien."

Due to the scarcity of forests and water, the two kings, Bos and Run, often engage in brutal battles over scarce resources. However, following the rules of life, Bos and Run will not provoke each other unless they are starving or thirsty. They share a tacit understanding of how to secure food and control resources. Bos are all robust and immensely powerful, but their flaw is their extreme solitariness. Bos are hermaphroditic, possessing neither male nor female sex. When they need to reproduce, they freely transform into either male or female to mate. Once they successfully reproduce, they revert to being hermaphrodites. This makes Bos relatively reclusive. Therefore, while a single Bos can easily defeat a Run, Runs are social creatures. When many Runs attack a single Bos, the Bos will be defeated, lose its territory, or even perish. Bos and Runs have co-ruled Planet R for perhaps millions of years, but due to their environment and nature, they have not developed a civilization, lacking written language, and even language. Had it not been for the arrival and colonization of the planet by the Wind Tribe, they might have remained barbaric.

The Wind Tribe hails from a quiet corner of the Andromeda Galaxy, a 3 billion-year-old galaxy where four planets capable of supporting life exist. One of these, called the Wind Sphere, is inhabited by the Wind Race. With a written history stretching back tens of thousands of years, their spacecraft are capable of traversing the vast expanses of space. Consequently, they colonized the entire Wind Galaxy, established the Wind Federation, and established colonies on three other planets with distinct environments. However, the cosmic environment is not permanent. One day, a sudden change occurred in the Wind Galaxy. The two neutron stars surrounding the Wind Sphere collapsed, causing a sudden change in the surrounding planetary environment. Dust storms blanketed the Wind Sphere, making it unsuitable for all vegetation. Faced with scarce resources, the Wind Race realized that their only way to survive was to transform the Wind Galaxy or abandon it and search for new life-bearing planets elsewhere. However, with their current technology, they had detected fewer than eight planets suitable for life. Furthermore, their spacecraft would exhaust their fuel once they left the Wind Galaxy, leaving them drifting slowly through space. Whether they could find a suitable planet to colonize depended entirely on their luck. The Wind Federation has ruled over the Wind Sphere, Saturn, Square Star, and Circle Star for ten thousand years. During this time, civilizations have shifted, with the Rossu Civilization, the War Demon Civilization, and the Dead Sea Civilization rising to prominence and becoming the rulers of all galaxies. Within this, a unique civilization, the Gus, excels in sorcery and prophecy, mastering a demonic principle of spiritual communication. This alienates them from other civilizations and makes them a mysterious and reclusive race. Faced with depleting resources on all planets, the Gus devise three plans to preserve their civilization. Plan A: They send a spacecraft to other galaxies to find a suitable planet. Upon discovering one, they will immediately gather fuel, return to their home planet, and migrate their entire tribe there. Plan B: If the spacecraft finds a suitable planet but runs out of fuel and cannot return, the tribe will establish themselves on that planet, revitalizing all sperm and eggs to create life and continue their civilization. Plan C: If no planets could be found for colonization and the destruction of the Wind System was inevitable, they would construct a spaceship capable of permanent space travel. Relying on food converters, all members of the tribe would survive aboard. However, since the spaceship could only accommodate a limited number of people, the extra members would have to be abandoned.

Gus presented the three plans to the Wind Federation. To their surprise, due to inter-ethnic tensions, the majority of the Wind Federation's legislators rejected them. Instead, they issued a decree to terraform existing planets, forcing all scientists to research magnetic field physics. This disappointed Gus and his team. They were almost certain that the Wind People would be the first to perish from resource depletion before they could develop magnetic field physics, ultimately starving all humans. Therefore, after much discussion, they decided to use all their resources and current technology to mass-produce spaceships to implement three separate colonization plans. However, these plans were abruptly implemented due to the sudden deterioration of the environment. Given the vastness of the Andromeda Galaxy, the scientists they had sent to implement Plans A and B were unable to return for years and had no further news. Therefore, a month-long debate over Plan C took place within the Gus Council. Rather than being trapped in the Wind System, it was better to fight like a trapped beast. They decided to implement the most risky Plan C, harnessing all their scientific expertise to research how to build the largest spaceship and the most suitable food converter. Then, years later, facing the increasingly hostile environment of the Wind System, the Guss crew would board space fortresses and slowly sail out of the Wind System. What awaited them was a long and arduous space journey, the ultimate gamble for the survival of life, species, and civilization.

The universe was vast. With Gus' current technology, reaching the Andromeda Galaxy would take at least 10,000 years, and even escaping the Wind System would require another 2,000 years. Therefore, the Guss crew had already planned for decades of slow space travel. However, the most daunting issue wasn't the difficulty of obtaining fuel, but the food problem. The organic food produced by the converters lacked nutrients and was bland. Consuming it over a long period of time would cause various health problems. Many Guss fell ill, died from incurable diseases, or were unable to study or work due to health problems. By the time they found Planet R, a planet with life, over a century had passed since they left the Wind System. But after entering the Ninth System, they finally discovered a planet with life. Upon exploration, they discovered that while Planet R harbored life and its animals were sturdy and powerful, they were barbaric and lacked written language. This delighted them, as colonizing a barbaric planet was far easier than colonizing a technologically advanced one. Thus, the Gus spaceship finally landed on the surface of Planet R, selecting a forested area and constructing a base. They drove out the animals from their original planet and settled there.

Thanks to the invasion and colonization of the Gus race, Planet R instantly became a world with an advanced civilization. The Gus first altered Planet R's gravity, allowing them to walk, drive, and fly on its surface. Then, they modified the surface environment, creating an atmosphere and bringing in water. Within a few years, forests and rivers crisscrossed the planet, creating a base suitable for a large population. Subsequently, modern cities, machinery factories, electronic technology, networked computers, and more were established. The superior lifestyle brought by science transformed Planet R in every aspect, shocking the original owners, Bos and Run, who accepted the Gus' rule with disbelief. However, the Gus, having not forgotten the disasters they encountered in the Wind System, remained prepared for the deterioration of the environment there and were deeply committed to exploring nearby planets harboring life. They also used probes to continuously transmit radio waves and mathematical signals into space, hoping that another civilization similar to the Wind System could respond and establish contact, thereby advancing their civilization and preparing for the possible destruction of Planet R. Gus used advanced biochemical technology to alter the Bos' life cycle, separating their yin and yang. No longer hermaphroditic, they could mate and produce offspring with other Bos at will. This gender separation suited Gus's lifestyle and the harmonious nature of life. This change made the Bos more intelligent. With their distinct personalities, they became less solitary and more inclined to communicate and cooperate with their kind. Their language became increasingly complex, and with Gus's permission, they even learned writing, thus beginning their evolution into intelligent creatures. However, to Gus, the Bos remained less civilized than animals. Aside from their robust physique and combat prowess, their other technological capabilities remained at a semi-civilized level. Therefore, Gus treated Bos like a pet. Taking advantage of Bos's combat prowess, Gus established countless fighting arenas, forcing Bos to fight in them. Gus, as masters, cheered and bet against each other during the matches. It seemed as if the Gus treated Bos as mere animals to be manipulated at will, a level below them. They, the Gus, were the masters of Planet R, ruling over everything and even treating Bos as food.

For centuries, the Gus ruled Planet R. To prevent its destruction, they deployed all their technology to survey the entire Ninth System, attempting to find new planets with life. However, despite the vastness of the universe, life-bearing systems were incredibly rare. Even with their inventive craft, finding a truly colonizable planet in the Ninth System proved difficult. Trillions of radio waves they sent out met with no response. They felt completely alone, wondering how far off their path to rule Planet R would be. However, a massive, global uprising shattered their illusions of continued dominance. This was because Bos and Run rebelled simultaneously. These two former kings of predators on Planet R were once barbaric, unlettered, and mutually hostile. However, after three hundred years of Gus's rule, they, influenced by their advanced civilization, unexpectedly mastered writing, established tribes, formed armies, and even communicated with other races. For example, the Bos and Run joined forces, allowing them to rally the entire planet's barbarians and wage war against the self-proclaimed civilized Gus. However, due to Gus's lax management of other races during his three hundred years of rule, he implemented a universal concept of universal existence, allowing the Bos to learn writing and master some outdated weapons. Therefore, if the Bos revolt broke out, it would have been a major war that would have threatened Gus' rule. At first, teams like Bos and Run seemed somewhat disorganized, lacking organization and tactical strategy. However, as the battle progressed, they gradually mastered Gus's war tactics and mastered the use of the most advanced weaponry, forcing the inexperienced Gus to suffer repeated defeats. Eventually, many Gus were forced to flee Planet R, hiding in spaceships, watching as the armed bases on Planet R were gradually overrun by the Bosses.

The Gus refused to accept the Bosses domination of Planet R, a place they had colonized for three hundred years. They had no escape route, and their century-long journey through space, as recorded in history, was still fresh in their memories, filled with lingering fear. Now, they had to either defeat the Bosses and regain control of Planet R, or be defeated by them and become exiles in space. Facing the Bosses' brutal uprising, they could not defeat them on land, nor in the air. Their only chance of victory was to launch a nuclear attack on Planet R, which would destroy all the Bosses, but would also lead to the destruction of Planet R, leaving Gus without a home planet. However, after the destruction of Planet R, the Gus and his crew still had a way out, floating in space. Therefore, Gus decided to negotiate peace with the Bosses. They would relinquish their absolute rule over Planet R and refrain from interfering with the Bosses' lives. In return, they would carve out a territory on the planet for Gus, and the Bosses would not enter their territory. This was a mutually beneficial proposal, but to Gus's surprise, the Bosses were incredibly cruel and selfish. For centuries, Gus had treated them like slaves in the arena, and they bore a deep grudge. Faced with Gus's army's relentless defeat on Planet R, they were determined to completely expel Gus, or even completely eliminate all Gus from Planet R. Furthermore, the Bosses had acquired some advanced spacecraft technology during their war with Gus. So, when Gus of Planet R was defeated and brutally slaughtered, the Gus in the space fortress had no choice but to discuss and ultimately decide to destroy Planet R. Gus and his crew launched nuclear weapons from their space fortresses at Planet R. Despite their advanced anti-missile systems capable of intercepting most nuclear weapons and equipped with anti-radiation devices, they were unable to withstand the sheer volume of warheads, and Planet R was inevitably destroyed. Only then did the Bosses realize the threat to their lives and the fear of death. However, their inherent bloodthirstiness and brutality prevented them from choosing peace and negotiating with Gus. Instead, they commanded their spaceships, one by one, to soar into space. Like sharks with a taste for blood, they frantically searched for any trace of the enemy, engaging them immediately upon discovery. This made even the Gus and his crew unsafe even in space. Faced with the reality that Planet R had been destroyed and would remain uninhabitable for millennia, the Gus and his crew grew weary of continuing the battle. Peaceful, technologically advanced, and creative, they were civilized beings with a kind disposition. Therefore, after completely destroying Planet R, they abandoned their attachments and bid farewell to the planet and Galaxy Nine with their space fortresses. However, the ferocious Bosses, unwilling to let their former masters go, treating them as slaves, relentlessly pursued their space fortress. While the Bosses were prepared for a long period of space travel, they were still eager to kill any remaining Gus. While Gus could easily escape the Bosses' pursuit in space, the remaining Gus would become the ultimate space hunters. They would engage in a brutal game of survival, regardless of race or lifeform, without hesitation.

Humanity

In 2025, in New York City, New York, the CEO of Booker Networks announced that their AI futuristic system, which they had been developing for years, had achieved electric intelligence.
